1. Aluminum oxide fiber needle punched blanket project

The preparation technology of alumina fiber needle punched blanket has long been monopolized and blocked by foreign companies, and is not open to Chinese technology. The company's project technology development route has no other manufacturers to learn from, and the connection of the process route can only be achieved through independent research and development by the team. Faced with severe project challenges, Wei Gong, the project leader of the company's needle punched blanket project, led the needle punched blanket research and development team to explore process experimental conditions by improving the existing equipment of Dongheng National Fiber. Based on the process validation conditions, new equipment was designed and ordered to complete the validation of the process route. After verifying multiple routes, the preparation process of alumina fiber needle punched blanket was finally broken through, and an alumina fiber needle punched blanket production line was built.

Since the establishment of the alumina fiber needle punched blanket production line, it has been able to provide various sizes and specifications of needle punched blanket samples for the marketing department, laying a good foundation for the marketing department to explore the needle punched blanket market. And has provided needle punched blanket samples to dozens of enterprises, and the product performance has also been widely praised by manufacturers.

2. Adjusting the process rhythm for energy-saving and consumption reducing projects

In March 2021, the production line of the alumina fiber lining project was put into operation. In the initial stage of production, it was unable to achieve long-term continuous production, resulting in frequent starting and stopping during actual production, leading to low output and resource waste. The head of the Process Quality Department, Mr. Wang, led the Process Quality team to start from the actual production situation, fully utilize technical tools, scientifically analyze and accurately implement policies, with the main idea of solving key process rhythms. Through multiple technical verifications, the team successfully achieved the continuous production capacity of the production line.

This project lasted from September 2021 to December 2021. After successful testing, it was successfully implemented and continuously optimized in production throughout 2022. The project has great practical significance, greatly improving production efficiency and significantly reducing energy consumption costs, saving the company more than one million yuan in costs.

Energy conservation and consumption reduction are the foundation of maintaining the survival of enterprises.
