The glue making process is the source process of the company's production, and the quality of the process products directly determines the progress of each process in the chain. Therefore, the position of Sol gel requires strict staff, not only to be familiar with theoretical knowledge, but also to accumulate long-term work experience. As an excellent team in the glue making process, 90% of the members in the glue making third shift are old employees, with good team cohesion and rich on-site work experience. In 2022, the production target will be 100%, the qualification rate of sol gel will be 99%, and the annual production task will be completed with quality and quantity guaranteed.
Team leader Zhang Wenjie entered the factory in March 2020 and has been accompanying the growth of Guoxian. He has led the rubber production team three steadily, focused on production, united and innovated, and made important contributions to the development of the company. The main team construction and management experience sharing is as follows:
1、 Always prioritize safety as the top priority
The team regularly organizes all members of the class to study safety operating procedures, safety education and training, and accident drills on a monthly basis; Secondly, for daily work tasks, safety prevention measures should be formulated, on-site safety inspections should be strictly carried out, and self inspection and mutual inspection efforts should be increased to eliminate hidden dangers in the bud; Establish emergency plans and make sufficient emergency preparations. In the past year, this team has had zero safety accidents.
2、 Strictly implement job operation procedures, and punish any violations found
Firstly, the team leader carefully sorts out the key and difficult points of work, refines job responsibilities, strictly implements the system of fixed positions and responsibilities, and ensures that responsibilities are assigned to individuals and managed by dedicated personnel; Secondly, we will focus on "strictness, meticulousness, and practicality" - strict management, lean operations, and practical work. Each task will be inspected regularly or irregularly by a dedicated person, and any problems that arise will be corrected and dealt with in a timely manner. We will work without problems or equipment malfunctions to ensure orderly safety production. Thirdly, we will strictly control data, accurately weigh raw materials, and strictly follow process requirements for production reactions. We will observe and adjust in a timely manner, forming a monitoring situation and a sustainable and long-term management mechanism for all staff, all aspects, and the entire process. In 2022, this team will have zero quality accidents.
3、 Pay attention to employee training and work improvement
The team aims to improve the on-site work ability of employees by regularly organizing equipment and process learning and training. The training work is closely integrated with the actual production and management of the team, emphasizing effectiveness and conducting assessments. If the assessment does not meet the standards, the team will continue to learn until the assessment meets the standards; The team aims to increase production and efficiency by establishing two groups and implementing a half month rotation system to assess team performance, effectively improving the implementation of team management and employee work enthusiasm.
