Acid and alkali resistance
Retention rate of fibre strength after soaking in 10% alkali solution for 24h: NaOH -- 40%; KOH--65%；NH4OH--95%；The fibre strength retention rate after soaking in 10% acid solution for 24h: HCl-96%; H2SO4--95%; HNO3--96%; H3PO4--95%。
Slag free ball
Our fibre are shot free (≥ 45 μ m), the fibre strength has been improved to a certain extent. At the same time, because the thermal insulation and fire resistance of the fiber are inversely proportional to the shot content, the lower the shot content, the higher the thermal insulation and fire resistance.
Excellent electrical insulation
The resistance of alumina fibre decreases with the increase of temperature. Above 600℃, the resistance tends to be constant. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of alumina fibre are basically stable at high temperature and are suitable for high temperature wave transmission materials.
