Alumina fibre needling blanket is made from alumina fibre prepared by sol-gel method through complex needling process. Alumina fibre is composed of Al2O3 and SiO2. The internal structure of the fibre is dense and the crystal form is stable. After needling, the interweaving degree between the fibres is greatly improved, and it has good delamination resistance, tensile strength and surface flatness. It has good thermal insulation performance under high temperature conditions, and can be used in extreme environments for a long time. Our alumina fibre needle punched blanket product models are divided into 72type-F and 72type-M.
