At that time, I had an inexplicable liking for this company, thinking that it was a company with a craftsman spirit. I had a conversation with Mr. Junfeng on site, and his clear thinking and pragmatic style further strengthened my determination to join this company. Looking back now, being able to establish a connection with a Shandong company in Shanghai is also a kind of fate~

As a member of Dongheng Shanghai Office, we are a "special" department - far away from the factory area, stationed in the bustling metropolis of Shanghai. Due to the epidemic, I didn't even have the opportunity to go to the headquarters to see the "charm" of the factory area. I am looking forward to the day when the epidemic ends and I have the chance to go to the site to witness the production process of fibers and liners with my own eyes. Although we are thousands of miles apart, we closely follow the company's strategic planning, constantly monitor the dynamics of Jinan and Dongying, and maintain close contact with various departments and colleagues at the headquarters. We are all from Dongheng!

As for the positioning of the Shanghai office, as Mr. Wang said, we are a leading force in exploring downstream applications of alumina fibers. Automotive lining is the downstream application where our company's fibers are most easily broken through, and Shanghai, as a hub for various car companies, is naturally a battleground for the military. The Shanghai office has five people, except for Mr. Xu who manages technical quality, the others are all outsiders in the automotive industry. As the first employee recruited by the Shanghai office, I witnessed the entire process from scratch with my own eyes. At the beginning, there was no information, not even a product, but now a complete technical data and customer information system has been established to tailor solutions for different customers; From having zero network in the automotive industry at the beginning, to now basically establishing a customer system for packaging enterprises and building a network of OEM manufacturers; At the beginning, I pretended to be calm when visiting foreign clients and practiced English diligently, but now I see that clients are at ease, calm and composed

The effort put in behind this can be imagined, and this confidence also comes from the unremitting efforts of the fiber and pad production and research and development personnel in the factory. The pad samples sent from Dongying time and time again have witnessed the steady improvement of our technology, giving us the confidence and confidence to negotiate with customers. Although the certification process for automotive components is quite strict and time-consuming, with everyone's concerted efforts, we believe that in the near future, these efforts will be rewarded!
